There are many opportunities to begin training in ADR and to further your skills and knowledge. Below is a chart of Part 146 approved trainings and courses, and a list of other resources and organizations that provide ADR learning opportunities.

The Office of ADR lists Part 146 approved trainings and apprenticeships. Training is the cornerstone of a quality ADR practice. Whether you’re mediating cases referred by the court or serving as a private arbitrator, proper training is essential. This includes the training necessary to serve as a neutral as well as the ongoing education required to build a strong practice.
