Attorneys seeking information about filing by electronic means (“E-File”) are advised to consult the User’s Manual and FAQ’s located at the New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (“NYSCEF”) located at www.nycourts.gov/efile, or directly contacting the NYSCEF Resource Center by phone at 646-386-3033 or by e-mail at [email protected].
E-Filing in Queens Supreme, Civil Term, is governed by 22NYCRR 202.5-b.
Counsel are advised that per rule:
• upon request, the court may require the parties to provide working copies of documents filed electronically. In such event, each working copy shall include, firmly affixed thereto, a copy of the confirmation notice received from the NYSCEF site upon the electronic filing of such document.
• a party that has opted out of participation in e-file shall file documents in hard copy which shall include, on a separate page firmly affixed thereto, the NOTICE OF HARD COPY SUBMISSION - E-FILED CASE FORM.
