All outlying courthouses are open Monday - Friday from 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All business must be commenced by 4:00 p.m. Civil courthouses are closed and locked from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Calendars are called at 9:30 a.m. (except night court small claims which is at 5:30 p.m.).
