The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Courts

The New York State Unified Court System is committed to fully complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act by ensuring that all individuals with disabilities have full and equal access to the courts.

If your case is in a court located in one of the counties listed below and you need an ADA accommodation for a disability, to request one:

• use the new online ADA Request for Accommodation Pilot form for Suffolk County, 10th Judicial District.

or

• contact the District for the Tenth Judicial District Suffolk County: ADASUFFOLK@nycourts.gov, or call (631) 208-5600. If you are sending an email, please put "ADA Accommodation Request" in the subject line.

Please ask for the accommodation at least a few days before you come to court.
