- use the new online ADA Request for Accommodation Pilot form for Suffolk County, 10th Judicial District.
- contact the District for the Tenth Judicial District Suffolk County: ADASUFFOLK@nycourts.gov, or call (631) 208-5600. If you are sending an email, please put "ADA Accommodation Request" in the subject line.
Please ask for the accommodation at least a few days before you come to court.
