Overview
Pursuant to Administrative Order 90/23 and Administrative Order 54/24, a remote bidding pilot project has been authorized in Albany, Bronx, Monroe, Nassau, Niagara, Queens, Rockland, and Saratoga Counties. The auctions themselves will still be conducted live, in-person, and in the counties where the properties are located. In addition to being able to appear in-person, individuals will be permitted to place bids on select foreclosed properties being sold at auction through third-party auction platforms.
For downloadable copies of the judgment template and terms of sale document that will be needed to utilize remote bidding in residential foreclosure cases, visit the Court’s Forms Page.
