Retired as a Court Attorney Referee in Dutchess County Family Court in 2010. Formerly served as Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. George D. Marlow (Dutchess Co. Supreme & County Courts). From 1985 - 1996 served as a Hearing Examiner (child support) at Dutchess County Family Court. Served in the Dutchess County Attorney’s Office from 1982 - 1985 the last year as Family Court Bureau Chief. Previous Instructor for Town and Village Magistrates in Dutchess County.
