Hon. Adam Schumacher is the Multi Court and resident Family Court Judge for Tioga County. Court appearances are held in the Courthouse in Owego, NY. He holds Family Court appearances generally on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and additional days as required, except during his Criminal Trial Terms. Judge Schumacher is assigned 85% of all Judge-type filings, including the assignment of all Juvenile Delinquent and Persons in Need of Supervision cases.

Support Magistrate Jacinta Testa Ciccone is the resident Support Magistrate and holds Family Court appearances generally on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Court Annex Building in Owego, NY. Magistrate Testa Ciccone also carries a case load and covers several other courts in the Sixth Judicial District on a regular basis.
