Mission Statement
The Chenango County Treatment Court is one of many Problem-Solving Courts that are operated throughout New York State. Treatment Court is a court-supervised treatment program for people who face criminal charges and who also have a substance use disorder. The goal of Treatment Court is to assist in breaking the cycle of addiction and criminal activity. This program consists of team members from various community agencies, the Treatment Court Coordinator, and is led by the Chenango County Treatment Court Judge. If you are accepted into the program, you will be expected to engage in substance use disorder treatment and follow a treatment plan. Your progress will be closely monitored by the Treatment Court Team and Coordinator.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
(excluding State Holidays)
All visitors must pass through a
magnetometer upon entering the court facilities.
