Law School Involvement Working Group

The Law School Involvement Working Group was established in 2011 to assess the involvement of the fifteen New York law schools in efforts to address the need for civil legal services in New York State. While not a substitute for civil legal services programs, greater law school involvement can help reduce the gap between the need for civil legal assistance and available services. As a means to facilitate a greater level of understanding and coordination among New York law schools, an annual conference was established in 2012 to discuss the role of New York's law schools in meeting essential legal needs of low-income New Yorkers.

If you would like to be added to the Law School Conference mailing list for future events, send an email to accesstojusticecommission@nycourts.gov
