Caitlin McTiernan got her start in the legal aid community as a data analyst for the New York Legal Assistance Group. She recently completed her Master of Public Administration degree from NYU and now works as a Senior Consultant for Just-Tech. In this role, Caitlin assists legal aid providers across the country in implementing data collection and reporting processes, case management systems, and online intake tools. She was a previous panelist at the NYS Civil Legal Aid Technology Conference, where she spoke on making use of data science and systems analysis to improve legal programs. Caitlin is passionate about helping legal aid organizations leverage technology to better support and promote data-driven decision making.
