Courtney Kanopka has over 20 years of experience working in the Cyber Security field. The bulk of her career has been proudly spent working for New York State.
Courtney has a Bachelor of Science in Digital Forensics from the University of Albany and a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Excelsior College.
Courtney is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer / SOC Manager for the NYS Unified Court System. Courtney started her path in 2007 – 2019 with the NYS Office for Technology / NYS ITS. From 2019 – November 2022 she served as the Manager of the Secure Election Center at the NYS Board of Elections.
