Mike Mainiero joined Her Justice in March 2019 as Project Coordinator and was promoted to Project Manager in April 2021. He manages data analysis and grant reporting, the compliance and implementation of CLE trainings for pro bono attorneys, outreach efforts with other non-profits and community-based organizations, and the onboarding and training of interns and new hires.
Mike is the main point of contact for data, technological, and business practice projects at Her Justice. He has been the project lead on a number of operations including an overhaul of the organization’s intake system, devising a new data-driven outreach strategy, transitioning CLE trainings to webinar format, and maintaining and improving usage of Her Justice’s legal database. Mike also assists clients and conducts intakes on the Her Justice Helpline on a weekly basis.
Prior to joining Her Justice, Mike obtained his B.A. in International Studies and Spanish at Fordham University. He has over 8 years of experience in the legal field, 4 of which have been in the non-profit sector focusing on data and project management.
