Rodrigo Camarena, Director, Immigration Advocates Network (IAN)

Rodrigo Camarena is the Director of the Immigration Advocates Network (IAN), an organization dedicated to developing new technology and resources for immigrants and their allies. Before joining  the Immigration Advocates Network, Rodrigo was Strategy Director at Purpose Campaigns where he developed digital advocacy campaigns for progressive NGOs and nonprofits. Prior to that, he led public initiatives to combat inequality and expand opportunity for immigrant entrepreneurs, worker-owned businesses, and minority and women-owned businesses for the City of New York and was the former Executive Director of the Mixteca Organization - an immigrant rights organization in South Brooklyn. He holds degrees in Economics from New York University and the London School of Economics.
