The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Courts

The New York State Unified Court System is committed to fully complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act by ensuring that all individuals with disabilities have full and equal access to the courts.

If your case is in a court located in one of the counties listed above and you need an accommodation for a disability, contact the District Executive for the Seventh Judicial District: [email protected] or (585) 371-3266. If you are sending an e-mail, please put “ADA Accommodation Request” in the subject line.

Please ask for the accommodation at least a few days before you come to court.
