Welcome to the Queens County Clerk’s website. Please see the menu to your left for specific information about our various departments.
In these difficult times, we are committed to providing you with the same level of service as always, however we are taking new precautions to ensure the safety of the public and our staff. As such, we discourage people from visiting our offices in-person, unless for emergency matters, and are encouraging you to use our online services for your filing needs. More information and links to NYSCEF and EDDS can be found on our E-File page.
Our web site has been designed to enhance and provide greater access to all records and court proceedings. Many of the questions, concerns and issues that previously required a visit to our office can now be answered online. If you cannot find the information that you need online, please email us at QCCQuestions@nycourts.gov
Our office is open Monday thru Friday- 9:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Facemasks and social distancing are required in all buildings and at all times. Screening will occur upon entrance, including temperature checks.
In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the preferred method for filing documents is either by mail or electronically. Emergency matters can be filed in-person.
