In these difficult times, we are committed to providing you with the same level of service as always, however we are taking new precautions to ensure the safety of the public and our staff.
Our web site has been designed to enhance and provide greater access to all records and court proceedings. Many of the questions, concerns and issues that previously required a visit to our office can now be answered online. If you cannot find the information that you need online, please email us at QCCQuestions@nycourts.gov
Our office is open Monday thru Friday- 9:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL PAYMENTS, BOTH TRADITIONAL AND ELECTRONIC, ARE FINAL AND THAT NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY FILING ERROR MADE BY THE FILER OF ANY FEE GENERATED DOCUMENT.
Upon review of the relevant rules and statutes of the State of New York, as of March 10, 2023, the Queens County Clerk will no longer be accepting for filing, any trusts and/or trust documents of any kind.
All Supreme Court matters can be filed online using the New York State Courts Electronic system.
The Queens County Clerk's Office has made records available to be viewed online.
At this time, we are not processing U.S. Passports in the County Clerk's Office.
Special Notice - The Queens County Clerk's Office accepts credit card payments for all transactions. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.
NOTICE: Beginning June 8, 2021, the Queens County Clerk will no longer be processing requests for CERTIFIED CRIMINAL RECORDS.
