The Commission to Reimagine the Future of New York’s Courts, through its Pandemic Practices Working Group, held public hearings and remote listening sessions to solicit input from all stakeholders of the New York State courts regarding the technology, practices and policies adopted in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The testimony and feedback will assist the Commission in making recommendations to the Unified Court System regarding the adoption of practices implemented during the pandemic that are likely to be beneficial to the administration of justice in New York State courts going forward.
