Approved Jurisdiction Policy - Faculty

Credit may be claimed only if the faculty for the course includes at least one attorney in good standing who actively participates in the course. The attending attorney should retain faculty bios, a course brochure indicating an attorney faculty member or other proof that there was an attorney on the faculty.
