Elevators ELEVATORS: Available on all public floors.

 

Restrooms RESTROOMS: Available on the groud level and 2nd floor.

 

Parking PARKING: Public parking on-site or adjacent to the facility.

 

ADA ENTRANCES: On Franklin Street located on the side of City Hall. Entrance is accessed on ground level.
