* Part 146 Approved Course

†Many of the course providers listed on this page also offer apprenticeships.  The ADR Office encourages participation in apprenticeships as they are a proven way to master mediation skills.  Currently, the ADR Office does not approve apprenticeships under Part 146; it does however, approve apprenticeships offered by Community Dispute Resolution Centers.  Please contact the apprenticeship providers directly if you want to learn more about their apprenticeship opportunities.
