The Advisory Committee convenes seven times a year to consider inquiries from New York State judges and others subject to Part 100 of the Rules of the Chief Administrator of the Courts (22 NYCRR part 100), about the propriety of their own conduct under the Rules.
The Advisory Committee has announced the following meeting dates:

Deadline Policy: Please note that inquiries must be received no later than 10 days before a scheduled meeting in order to be considered at that meeting. See Deadline Policy/Timing Guidelines for more information and a list of deadlines for each meeting.
Campaign Questions: If you have a question about your own campaign conduct, you may obtain expedited consideration simply by contacting the Judicial Campaign Ethics Center. Responses are provided on an ongoing basis, typically within 2-3 business days.
Once the Committee meets and decides an inquiry, the inquiring judge may call us at 1-866-795-8343 to learn the disposition immediately by telephone. A formal written opinion will follow in due course.
