"Due to the temporary closure of the Hall of Justice and Rochester Library Help Centers, VLSP is now offering a Virtual Help Center. Using a live cat capability, the Virtual Help Center will have pro bono attorneys and VLSP Staff available online to answer legal information questions, provide court documents online, and complete virtual notarization requests. Initially, the Virtual Help Center will be open on Monday and Friday mornings (10am -12 pm) and afternoons (2pm - 4pm), with an additional opening on Wednesdays mornings from 10am - 12pm. The Virtual Help Center will increase service hours based on public need and volunteer availability. Please let your contacts know that the Help Center is still helping during this time."
