Virtual Help Center Information
"Due to the temporary closure of the Hall of Justice Help Center and Rochester Library Help Center, VLSP is now offering a Virtual Help Center. Using a live chat capability, the Virtual Help Center will have pro bono attorneys and VLSP Staff available online to answer legal information questions, provide court documents online, complete virtual notarization requests, and assist with electronic filing through the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS) and New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF) for Family Court matters. The Virtual Help Center will be open on Monday and Friday mornings (10am -12 pm) and afternoons (2pm - 4pm), with an additional opening on Wednesdays morning (10am - 12pm). Please let your contacts know that the Help Center is still helping during this time."

Hon. Craig J. Doran, District Administrative Judge
Justice Craig J. Doran is a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Prior to his election to the Supreme Court in 2015, Doran served as an Ontario County Court Judge, having been elected in 1999 and re-elected in 2009, where he presided over County Court (hearing criminal felony and civil cases), Family Court (hearing abuse and neglect, juvenile delinquency, PINS, custody and visitation issues, adoption, guardianship and a number of other “family-related” issues) and Supreme Court, where he presided over a variety of civil matters.
