Overview
In Delaware County, the Supreme Court Library was created April 7, 1882 (L.1882, Ch. 51) and is presently located on the second floor of the Delaware County Courthouse in Delhi. The Library is staffed and open to the public on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., and Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The library is closed at all other times, provided that attorneys may be granted limited access to the library during Courthouse business hours by requesting access through court security.
