Online Filing - Overview

All judicial and nonjudicial staff with access to CourtNet may file their financial disclosure statement online. To file online you will need to be connected to CourtNet through your work computer or through your court VPN connection (either SSLVPN or PulseVPN will work.) FileMaker 14 must also be installed on your work computer.

If you filed your financial disclosure statement online last year, you may copy the information from last year’s statement into your new statement and edit accordingly.

Please read the “Online Filing Instructions,” before attempting to file online for the first time. To access the instructions, click the “Online Filing Tab to the left of this page and you will see the dropdown menu.

You may work on your statement over as many sessions as you wish. If you want to exit your statement before it is complete, and save the information you have entered, click the "SAVE" button at the end of the statement.

Once your statement is filed, you can no longer make any changes in your statement online, unless and until we notify you in writing that your statement has been made available for revision. However, you can view and print your statement at any time.

You must contact the Ethics Commission at 212 428-2899 or if you want to amend your statement after it has been filed.
