Need an ADA Accommodation?

To request one:

  • use the new online ADA Request for Accommodation form for Civil and Housing Court, Kings County. this Form is not to be used to make blanket requests for remote appearances by phone or video, either in more than one case before the same judge, or in cases before more than one judge. Instead, please use other means to contact the judge or judges whom the cases are pending.

  • send an email to the Chief Clerk at ADANYCCIV@nycourts.gov. Please put "ADA Accommodation Request” in the subject line.

 Please ask for the accommodation at least a few days before you come to court.

Assistive Listening Systems ASSISTIVE LISTENING SYSTEMS: Available in all courtrooms.

 

Elevators ELEVATORS: On all floors (except the sub-basement, basement and 1st floor).

 

Restrooms RESTROOMS: Available on the 2nd floor.

 

Parking PARKING: No public parking on-site or adjacent to the facility. Street parking and public parking garages are nearby for a fee.

 

ADA ENTRANCES: Main entrance. Entrance is accessible directly from the street level.
